Ingredients
280g butter
300g flour
180g icing sugar
1tsp tepung naik

4 eggs (beat egg white till smooth(snow), egg yolk put aside)
Preparation method
1. beat butter till smooth(white yellow) add sugar. Beat till smooth.
2. Add in egg yolk beat till smooth, add in egg white mixed well.
3. pour in flour, mix well.

4. pour into baking tray. (baking tray coded with butter)
5. put raising.
6. bake 18minute (200C)
7. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

Sandra, both flour also can. But the normal flour is wet(contain wtr) so will effect the cake x naik. Need brings to sun or my malay friends teach me "goreng tepung"

Raisin add bit flour, then u "cucuk" into the mixeture.
Sandra, u know to see the cake cook or not bo?
u can use chopstick to "cucuk" in the centre on the cake, if sticky mean not yet cook.
If cook, the cake look in golden colour & u can smell fragrant butter cake :)
