Special Fry Egg






Mommy was try another new recipe; fry egg with carrot, onion and meat. This is Mommy own creation recipe :D

Easy & yummy fry egg :)

Ingredients

2pc Egg(beat well)
1 big onion
1/2 carrot
3 big spoon Meat


Preparation method

1. Put little oil fry onion for few second
2. Add in carrot & meat fry til meat cook
3. Then add the cook onion, carrot & meat into egg, then pour to pan for fry till golden colour.
4. Done serve in plate

*please note : can ad in the cheese when serving.

Apple Soup


Ingredients


Sweet & special Apple soup!

Mommy was try new recipe; Apple Soup. This is Mommy see TV, the Singapore star was prepare this soup on the programs.

Very simple to preparing and the taste is sweet & special :)

Ingredients

2pc Apple (peels skin & removes seed)
3 big spoon 无花果
1 spoon 南信
1 spoon 北信
1 bowl chicken (boil in boil water for 3minute)
3 bowl of water


Preparation method

1. Boil ingredients A for 1hours(after the water boil turn to low heat)
2. Done and serve in soup bowl

*please note : 3serving

ABC Soup



Ingredients

A.) 1slide garlic
1/2 big onion
1 small bowl pork/chicken bone
1pc carrot
1pc potato
1pc sweet corn
1small pc lotus roof
1.8lt water
1tsp salt

B.) 2pc tomato
1pack(250g) smooth tofu


Preparation method

1. Boil ingredients A 1 1/2hours(after the water boil turn to low heat)
2. Add Tomato and tofu boil another 10minute(in mediun heat)
3. Done and serve in soup bowl

**Notes can add in fish ball / meat ball.

Sausage Bun 香肠面包



Mommy was copying the recipe from ohbin the ingredient all cut half.(Thanks Ohbin) wow.... Mommy was successfully made 9pc of sausage bun. And Mommy was share 2pc to neighbour :)

My 2babies were love Mommy sausage bun; this is Mommy's 1st Bun. Mommy was very happy and feel satisfy of the bun :)

Ingredients
9pc Sausages (steamed)
A.) 4tsp flour + 20ml water + 1/2tsp yeast(mixed & rest 30minute)
B.) 200g High Protein Flour,sifted 高筋面粉
50g Low Protein Flour,sifted 低筋面粉
50 sugar
5g Milk Powder
100ml Water*
1 egg
1 tsp salt
50g butter

Prepare Methods
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, egg, butter, water with your hand.
2. Combine until all the indredients finely miz together.
3. Knead the dough until the surface turn smooth & bright.
4. Cover the dough with wet clean kitchen towel, rest 1hour
5. After an hour, the dough should be double the size of the original.
6. Divide the dough into 8/9 small pieces
7. Roll the dough into long shape
8. Wrap it over the sausages and put into baking tray. Cover with wet kitchen towel & rest 30minutes.
9. Bake in 180 degree celsius for 10minutes, then wash/coat with egg yolk and bake another 10minutes until golden in colour.

pls notes :-

1. Can replace water by milk, then not require milk powder.
2. Beside wash with egg yolk, also can add sesame seeds.
3. Lightly fry sausage to replace steam sausage

Creamy Bowties


Ingredients

4slide garlic, minced
250g Bowties/Macoroni {cook in water with 1tsp salt for few minutes til soft}
5stick crab stick
2pc US potatoes (cut into diced)
150g Holland pea*
1/2pc carrot*
500ml full cream milk
4pc cheese
*{cook in water with 1tsp salt for 2minutes}

Preparation method

1. Put oil fry 1tsp garlic till golden
2. Add potato stir fry 30second
3. Add 200ml water cook till soft. Then put aside
4. Put oil fry the balance garlic til golden
5. Add bowties/macoroni,crab stick, potato, full cream milk and 1tsp salt
cook 4minutes in medium heat
6. Add in carrot and holland pea cook for 1minutes
7. Done and serve in plate with cheese.


**Notes can add in broccoli.

Carrot Cake萝卜糕


Ingredients

300g white radish
1/4 carrot
2 spoon dry shrimp
A) 300g rice flour*
4 spoon corn flour*
800ml water*
2tsp salt*
1/2 tsp pepper*
*(rice flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and water mixed well)

Preparation method

1. little bit oil fry dry scrimp till fragrant.
2. add in white radish and carrot, cook 2minutes
3. add in Ingredients A and cook till sticky
4. pour into steam tray.(steam tray coded with cooking oil)
5. steam for 8-12minutes
6. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

*Note can add in Chinese Sausage.

Baby Asparagus with prawn


Ingredients

2slide garlic, minced
10pc prawn
1/2pc carrot*
150g baby Asparagus*
*{cook in water with 1tsp salr for 2minutes}

Preparation method


1. Little oil fry garlic til golden
2. Add salt and pepper
3. Add prawn fry til prawn turn into red colour.
4. Add carrot and baby asparagus stir fry 30seconds
5. Done and serve in plate


**Notes if to dry add in 10ml water.

Yummy Butter Cake



Ingredients
280g butter
300g flour
180g icing sugar
1tsp tepung naik
4 eggs (beat egg white till smooth(snow), egg yolk put aside)


Preparation method
1. beat butter till smooth(white yellow) add sugar. Beat till smooth.
2. Add in egg yolk beat till smooth, add in egg white mixed well.
3. pour in flour, mix well.
4. pour into baking tray. (baking tray coded with butter)
5. put raising.
6. bake 18minute (200C)
7. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

Pumpkin cake



Ingredients

200g pumpkin (steamed)
200g flour
160g sugar
100ml coconut milk
2 egg
A.) 50g flour + 50ml water + 5g yeast(mixed & rest 30minute)


Preparation method

1. beat egg white til smooth(snow) add sugar. Mixed til white&smooth. pour in egg yolk mixed well.

2. pour in pumpkin, flour, Ingredients A and coconut milk mix well. Rest 1hour

3. pour into steam tray.(steam tray coded with cooking oil)

4. steam for 10-15minutes

5. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

Mixed Vege



Ingredients

1slide garlic, minced
some meat(season with salt+corn flour), prawn.
A.) carrot(cut into pc), 1 tomato(cut into wedge), broccoli & cauliflower(small pc) {cook in water+1tsp salt 2min}*
5pc mushroom
stack water(1tsp corn flour+50ml water)
salt, pepper and 2 tsp oyster source

Preparation method

1. little oil fry garlic til golden. add salt, pepper and oyster source
2. add meat and prawn fry til prawn turn into red colour. put aside
3. add Ingredients A cook 10second, add 50ml water cook for 2minutes
4. pour in meat and prawn again and add in stack water. cook for 1minute
5. Done and serve in plate

**Notes also can add in holland bean, capsicium.....

Chicken Curry+Vege



Ingredients
A 1 onion, 3slide garlic, 2slide ginger, 1pc serai, 2pc daun curry
B 15 french bean(cut into pc), 1 tomato(wedge), 1/2 pc carrot(small wedge){oil+onion+garlic+B cook 3min}*
C 1/2 curry powder, 100g cocnonit milk
1/4pc chicken
2 large potatoes (cut into wedge & fry til golden)

Preparation method
1. little bit oil fry Ingredients A(partial) til golden add C, cook til 2minutes til fragrant.
2. add chicken cook 2minutes, Put in potatoes and add 3cup water. Cook 15minutes til chicken and potatoes tender.
3. pour in Ingredients B cook 5minutes, add in Ingredients C, cook til boil.

4. Serve with rice and water boil egg.

**Notes also can add in lady finger, long bean, eggplant.....
