Chicken Curry+Vege



Ingredients
A 1 onion, 3slide garlic, 2slide ginger, 1pc serai, 2pc daun curry
B 15 french bean(cut into pc), 1 tomato(wedge), 1/2 pc carrot(small wedge){oil+onion+garlic+B cook 3min}*
C 1/2 curry powder, 100g cocnonit milk
1/4pc chicken
2 large potatoes (cut into wedge & fry til golden)

Preparation method
1. little bit oil fry Ingredients A(partial) til golden add C, cook til 2minutes til fragrant.
2. add chicken cook 2minutes, Put in potatoes and add 3cup water. Cook 15minutes til chicken and potatoes tender.
3. pour in Ingredients B cook 5minutes, add in Ingredients C, cook til boil.

4. Serve with rice and water boil egg.

**Notes also can add in lady finger, long bean, eggplant.....
