Carrot Cake萝卜糕


Ingredients

300g white radish
1/4 carrot
2 spoon dry shrimp
A) 300g rice flour*
4 spoon corn flour*
800ml water*
2tsp salt*
1/2 tsp pepper*
*(rice flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and water mixed well)

Preparation method

1. little bit oil fry dry scrimp till fragrant.
2. add in white radish and carrot, cook 2minutes
3. add in Ingredients A and cook till sticky
4. pour into steam tray.(steam tray coded with cooking oil)
5. steam for 8-12minutes
6. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

*Note can add in Chinese Sausage.
