MoonCake RoadShow

Saturday we were gathering at Vila Kyster with church brothers & sisters for the MoonCake RoadShow.

About 10am we were gather in the church to pray for the day activity and fund raise. The RoadShow was start at 1pm to 6pm

We were reach apartment early for the preparation. Like blowing balloon, table display setting, sample mooncake cutting and flyer distributing. Although was a tired day, but all the sister & brother were enjoy doing the work for LORD and treasure the moment we were gather hand-in-hand for raising church fund :)

My Elmo & Barney

2babies like Elmo since they are in young age. Because Mommy was introduce sesame street education programs in their baby time. Especially is Elmo's World. La, la, la la x2 Elmo's World song...

Daddy was buying Barney for Eliora as 2year old present. Then Daddy also buy Elmo for Eliora in 2007 as Christmas gift.

Barney was keeping in the toys cabinet, and then Elmo was always being 2babies best toy mate.... She likes Elmo, same as Mommy :)

Sausage Bun 香肠面包

Mommy was copying the recipe from ohbin the ingredient all cut half.(Thanks Ohbin) wow.... Mommy was successfully made 9pc of sausage bun. And Mommy was share 2pc to neighbour :)

My 2babies were love Mommy sausage bun; this is Mommy's 1st Bun. Mommy was very happy and feel satisfy of the bun :)

Ingredients
9pc Sausages (steamed)
A.) 4tsp flour + 20ml water + 1/2tsp yeast(mixed & rest 30minute)
B.) 200g High Protein Flour，sifted 高筋面粉
50g Low Protein Flour，sifted 低筋面粉
50 sugar
5g Milk Powder
100ml Water*
1 egg
1 tsp salt
50g butter

Prepare Methods
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, egg, butter, water with your hand.
2. Combine until all the indredients finely miz together.
3. Knead the dough until the surface turn smooth & bright.
4. Cover the dough with wet clean kitchen towel, rest 1hour
5. After an hour, the dough should be double the size of the original.
6. Divide the dough into 8/9 small pieces
7. Roll the dough into long shape
8. Wrap it over the sausages and put into baking tray. Cover with wet kitchen towel & rest 30minutes.
9. Bake in 180 degree celsius for 10minutes, then wash/coat with egg yolk and bake another 10minutes until golden in colour.

pls notes :-

1. Can replace water by milk, then not require milk powder.
2. Beside wash with egg yolk, also can add sesame seeds.
3. Lightly fry sausage to replace steam sausage

Swim & Swing !!

We were at a sister staying apartment to helping distribute MoonCake flyer. Coming Saturday our church have a raising fund program thought sale MoonCake in this apartment.

Unexpected many brother and sister were coming for helping distributing flyer, so we had done the job within half an hour.

Daddy & Mommy were prepared for 2baby enjoying swim afterward since our 2babies were like to splash & play in the pool. This also parts of the reward program designed for Eliora for the good results

Afterward we were forward to Gong-gong house and bring him out for Mc Donald lunch. This Mc Donald treat is said my teacher Marry..... (Mommy was too busy eating till forget taking picture again)

Eliora : Mommy, teacher Marry said Get number 1, Mommy will buy Mc Donald.

After this is shopping time, Mommy favor!! We go to Carrefour. We over night at Gong-gong house, we on Sunday after church service back to Austin house

I am No. 1

Yesterday night when Mommy pats Eliora to sleep, she tells me she is number 1!

Mommy : Who said you are number 1?
Eliora : Teacher Marry said I'm no. 1, then no.2 is.....

Mommy thought Eliora maybe telling in the class, she is no 1 to complete your assignments.

Today 1130pm+ Eliora was back from school, and then she shows me her exam paper and the exam report. Wow, Eliora really get number 1 in the class! I just can't believe my eye, thanks god for the good result :)

Exam date on 17-19 Aug. She get Bahasa Malaysia, English, Maths, Chinese & Science 100% marks each paper. Position is 1/20.

This also the 3rd exam she having, 1st time she get 3/20(494/500marks), then 2nd times she get 7/55(491/500marks). The past 2times exam due to her careless, she lost some marks. But this time she was improve, totally perfect no more careless :)

Yummy Daddy cooks

On 31st Aug, Daddy was prepare lunch for us. This time he cooks Western Foods.


fish chip, grape, wedge potato, fresh mushroom, grill prawn & vege.


2babies was excited for western foods served!!

Tg Balau

Last Sunday we went to Tg Balau. we left Austin House at 9.30am and should be arrived destination by one and half hour later.

When reach Kota Tinggi town Daddy & Mommy were telling Eliora we may postpone outing to tomorrow because the heavy rain.

Daddy : Baby, can we postpone outing to tomorrow?

Eliora : I want go to beach

Daddy : Is heavy rain, baby!

Eliora : When rain stop we go lo

Daddy : How if rain not stop? U count from 1 to 10, if rain stop we continue journey. If still rain we going home!

Eliora : I count to 20. Then she really count from 1-20

Daddy & Mommy knowing 2babies mind are wanes this outing. Then we stop and rest at 1 of the Koto Tinggi's Kopitiam.

When reaching Tg Balau but still raining. We were having our splashing under the raining. Little Theophilus was can't stand the coolness of windy and cool sea water, his lip & hand was turn to blue black. Then Daddy brings him to bath and rest in the shuttle.

Mommy & Eliora still continue splashing sea water under the rain. We have collecting some sea shell for the souvenir for this outing.

After lunch we have visiting the "Muzium Nelayan". Beach picture are taking after the museum, the rain finally was stop !!

Taste Bug at Sutera Mall

Saturday after Eliora music class we forward to Taste Bug at Sutera Mall for our early dinner. We reach there abt 5pm+, 2babies were attracts by the beautiful water fall landscape.

The 3 set fish & chip, 3 difference drinks(lemonade, chocolate milk shake & strawberry soda) and 3plate French fry we were order. (but Mommy too busy in eating till forget to snap the photo...hi hi hi..)

We did it!

2babies in Grandma house again(back dated post 8/8/09). In the Grandma house, 2babies favor toy is the wood block. They will build house, tower, school, church and more.

This is the highest tower they make. Mommy we did it !! Is taller then Twin Tower??

My House!

This is 2nd master piece done by Eliora's on 19/8 in the kinder garden. She names it My house!! In the drawing have tree, grass, sun and my house.

She very proud with her work ! The 1st things when she step in the house is showing Mommy her drawing :)

Creamy Bowties

Ingredients

4slide garlic, minced
250g Bowties/Macoroni {cook in water with 1tsp salt for few minutes til soft}
5stick crab stick
2pc US potatoes (cut into diced)
150g Holland pea*
1/2pc carrot*
500ml full cream milk
4pc cheese
*{cook in water with 1tsp salt for 2minutes}

Preparation method

1. Put oil fry 1tsp garlic till golden
2. Add potato stir fry 30second
3. Add 200ml water cook till soft. Then put aside
4. Put oil fry the balance garlic til golden
5. Add bowties/macoroni,crab stick, potato, full cream milk and 1tsp salt
cook 4minutes in medium heat
6. Add in carrot and holland pea cook for 1minutes
7. Done and serve in plate with cheese.


**Notes can add in broccoli.

Little Chef in Mommy kitchen

Sunday was Mommy rest day. Daddy was in charge of the dinner. When daddy was busy in the kitchen, another little chef was assisting Daddy..... Chef Eliora!!

See my girl was helping daddy to coding flour on the meat ball!!

Recovering

Little Theophilus was recovering from fever since yesterday night. Mommy still worry his fever, the whole night Mommy can't sleep well and awake few times to check his temperature.

This Morning he was active and has appetite on milk. Thanks God healing on my boy :D

Fever running around!!

Mommy was having slight fever 37.5 on Sunday noon after the MJ Parenting Circle. Although after taking Panadol, Mommy head still feel dizzier. Evening family gathering Mommy have no appetite on the main course. Mommy has filling stomach with dessert

Monday morning Mommy was recovery. Unfortunately Theophilus turn to have the fever 37.9. The whole night Mommy can't sleep well. Mommy was awake for few times to check Theophilus temperature and give him medicine.

Today morning Theophilus still having slight fever 37.4, hope he can recovery in later.

Fever like running around in our house!! Fevers go away from us!!

Family gathering!

Sun, 630pm we were gather in Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant, The Zon Regency Hotel for family gathering and dinner. Again is buffet dinner "52" eat-all-you-can promotion, eat & eat again.

MJ Parenting Circle

Sun, we were in Mutiara Hotel attending Mead Johnsons(MJ) Parenting Circle. This was the 1st time we were invited to attending MJ Parenting Circle(3rd year)

At the arrival, we were received a door gift; multi folder travel bag. And Mommy was received few packs of MJ formula milk sample :)

The breakfast and lunch were provided. A special children room for kids, provided toys, plays yard, story books and VCDs. Some MJ staffs were in the childrens rooms to taking care our's little one. Parents were in the Seminar hall to concentrate on the events. First was the ice-breaking, hubby & I was in Group3. In the ice-breaking program we were rewarded by 280kitty point.

Then come with the special speaker, Ms Jennifer. She talks on Money & the responsibility.

Thank you MJ and we are benefits and enjoyed very much :D and share some pictures taking in the event.

Healthy Family, Happy Life!!

Sat 1130am we at Jusco Tebrau City for the Healthy Family, Happy Life(Kelurga Sihat, Hidup Ceria) organise by LION.

2babis participate Dental Check-up and face panting. Eliora choice a tiger panting on face and Theophilus want lion on hand. Sure many queries why face panting become hand panting?? That is little boy doesn't like jie-jie making a panting on his face. (Mommy, I was handsome enough!!)



Eliora tiger panting was goes when she cry after awake from nap-nap. Theophilus Lion painting was not complete; he only can sit for few seconds.

After this we were received some sample of toothpaste and tokens. Thanks!!

Eliora Diarrhea!

Eliora was recovering from fever since Wednesday, but her appetite still not yet recover. And she also have diarrhea since Friday. Thanks God this was only 2times diarrhea in Friday and 1time in Saturday. Hopefully tomorrow she can totally recover.

Although she having diarrhea but she still very active and playful. On Saturday morning she willing company Daddy goes to parks for jogging.

In the night we attending the church meeting from 830-1030pm, she can run around and playing with theophilus and little Mandy. When in the journey home she fall to sleep, my poor girl really exhausted!

Boots on!

When Mommy was busy doing house cleaning, suddenly Mommy hear the "clopr, clopr" walking sound...... WOW, Mommy was surprise by this creative boy!!! Look this is the video; little boy wearing new boots!! :D

BYE, Mr. Pacifier-Day 10

Finally little Theophilus was said good bye to Mr. Pacifier since last Monday. Mommy was trying few methods to chase Mr. Pacifier away, but all can't work on him.

1. Mommy tells "Big boy not need pacifier"(Training in grandmom house). He sometime need and not need it. But after back to Austin own house, he totally ignore what Mommy said.

2. Mommy give the broken pacifier(bite broken by little boy) when he request it on nap & sleep time. Fail, he still sucking broken pacifier on day 3.

3. Mommy tell Lizard suck pacifier story. Mission still fail, he still crying and asking his pacifier in Day4.

4. Mommy caught alive baby lizard to show him(nearly 5cm can touch his face). And tell "Lizard bite & suck your pacifier" and with lizard laughing "Tat Tat Tat Tat" = Mission complete & pass.

Now, when nap and sleep time little Theophilus will tell Mommy lizard "Tat Tat Tat Tat" :D

Eliora fever!!

On the Tuesday 1140am, Eliora back from school. She has no appetite on lunch. But Mommy insists she have few spoon of rice. After lunch is 2babies bath time. Eliora was telling me, she feel cool. Then Mommy start realise Eliora was having fever.

Her fever is up again in the evening. Mommy has to monitor her temperature through out the night. Thank God Healing. Her fever was gone in the next day morning.

Welcome! Seven Seas Cod Liver oil

Mommy brought 2babies new product; Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil.

2babies said farewell to Scott's Emulsion Cod Liver Oil. 1st time trying new yogurt (2babies call Scott = yogurt) little Theophilus was love it :)

At 1st, Mommy was afraid they can't accept the new taste and in oil form. Since like Mommy worries is extra!

The Champs Vitamin M also finished, Mommy will get some since 2babies like it !

Carrot Cake萝卜糕

Ingredients

300g white radish
1/4 carrot
2 spoon dry shrimp
A) 300g rice flour*
4 spoon corn flour*
800ml water*
2tsp salt*
1/2 tsp pepper*
*(rice flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and water mixed well)

Preparation method

1. little bit oil fry dry scrimp till fragrant.
2. add in white radish and carrot, cook 2minutes
3. add in Ingredients A and cook till sticky
4. pour into steam tray.(steam tray coded with cooking oil)
5. steam for 8-12minutes
6. Done and serve in plate(while cool)

*Note can add in Chinese Sausage.

Baby Asparagus with prawn

Ingredients

2slide garlic, minced
10pc prawn
1/2pc carrot*
150g baby Asparagus*
*{cook in water with 1tsp salr for 2minutes}

Preparation method

1. Little oil fry garlic til golden
2. Add salt and pepper
3. Add prawn fry til prawn turn into red colour.
4. Add carrot and baby asparagus stir fry 30seconds
5. Done and serve in plate


**Notes if to dry add in 10ml water.

Mommy, EGG!

Little boy copy cat jie jie(Eliora) start sketching on the drawing board. Usually he only simply sketches, but today he starts draw EGG!

Theophilus : .......... !! (Mommy draws like this)

Abt 8:57pm, we are in bed. Mommy was patting Eliora to sleep. Mommy has some question to ask Eliora....

Mommy :"Baby, You like helping mommy?"
Eliora : "Yes"
Mommy : "How can you help Mommy?"
Eliora : "I can switch on/off the lamp, throw rubbish for Mommy,
Mommy : " Can u help Mommy keep the toys after playing and don't messy the floor?"
Eliora : "Yes, I can help to keep the toys after playing, ehh Mommy I can sweep the floor and mop the floor"
Mommy : "Baby only need to keep the floor clean, listen and follow what Mommy said, then Mi was very happy already"

2babies Praise Lord :)

1030am+ Sunday, as usual we'll in the church for Sunday service. 2babies were cant stay quietly for the whole worship, they'll run around or play in the children room.

Daddy and Mommy were try our very best for teaching them sit or stand for praising God. Mommy will prepare some snack like Rusk or cakes. Today Mommy was brought 2pc of sponge cake. See the 2babies funny picture during the church worship time :D
