Sausage Bun 香肠面包



Mommy was copying the recipe from ohbin the ingredient all cut half.(Thanks Ohbin) wow.... Mommy was successfully made 9pc of sausage bun. And Mommy was share 2pc to neighbour :)

My 2babies were love Mommy sausage bun; this is Mommy's 1st Bun. Mommy was very happy and feel satisfy of the bun :)

Ingredients
9pc Sausages (steamed)
A.) 4tsp flour + 20ml water + 1/2tsp yeast(mixed & rest 30minute)
B.) 200g High Protein Flour,sifted 高筋面粉
50g Low Protein Flour,sifted 低筋面粉
50 sugar
5g Milk Powder
100ml Water*
1 egg
1 tsp salt
50g butter

Prepare Methods
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, egg, butter, water with your hand.
2. Combine until all the indredients finely miz together.
3. Knead the dough until the surface turn smooth & bright.
4. Cover the dough with wet clean kitchen towel, rest 1hour
5. After an hour, the dough should be double the size of the original.
6. Divide the dough into 8/9 small pieces
7. Roll the dough into long shape
8. Wrap it over the sausages and put into baking tray. Cover with wet kitchen towel & rest 30minutes.
9. Bake in 180 degree celsius for 10minutes, then wash/coat with egg yolk and bake another 10minutes until golden in colour.

pls notes :-

1. Can replace water by milk, then not require milk powder.
2. Beside wash with egg yolk, also can add sesame seeds.
3. Lightly fry sausage to replace steam sausage
